Jean Spicer is a professional communicator with over 14 years experience specializing in public relations, corporate communications, public education and community involvement.
Working with Nova Scotia ambulance services provided a high stakes and collaborative environment in which to learn and become experienced in communications research, theory and best practices.
Jean has an innate ability to identify what really matters to stakeholders and creates communications plans and events around these needs to help facilitate understanding, acceptance and engagement.
